CHALLENGE
Prince Mateen wanted to create a world-class boutique fitness brand that could redefine the gym experience in Brunei. The ambition was to combine elite boxing training with premium hospitality, creating a destination that appealed equally to serious athletes and lifestyle-conscious members while establishing a new benchmark for fitness in the region.

Working closely with Prince Mateen, we developed the JAB Gym brand and environment from the ground up, blending the grit and authenticity of boxing with the sophistication of a luxury lifestyle destination. Inspired by the boxing gyms of New York and East London, every touchpoint was designed to balance performance and aspiration, creating a distinctive identity that elevated training beyond a purely functional activity.

OUTCOME
JAB Gym quickly established itself as one of Southeast Asia's most distinctive boutique fitness destinations. The concept helped introduce  a new standard of premium fitness to Brunei, creating a brand and experience that continues to differentiate itself through its unique combination of boxing culture, luxury design and community.
